Visa Prepaid Card
Is there any way of buying Visa/Mastercard Prepaid cards or loading them using Rupay prepaid cards like Slice, PepperMoney, or Paulpay?
I know about Payzapp. Is there anything except Payzapp?
If yes please share the trick.

Do they offer any cashback for spending using their card? Like Slice offers 1% CB for every transaction.

Airtel wallet has virtual mastercard option... (maybe some maintenance fees)
