vlebazaar site purchase issue

Previously bought an air pump cost 699 and it was successfully delivered through bluedart.

So now when trying to buy 6 tb external hard drive cost was only 9969 so for confirmation emailed them with product link .

They confirm via email it is brand new with Indian warrenty and item in stock .

Ordered and paid via Amazon pay on 14-2-2024.

Still item not shipped, when calling customer care after waiting long the que will come to 1 and then says all agents busy.

Emailed 2 days before but no response.

Any idea about this site ?
