Vodafone balance reduction problem

Hello dimers.. Im having vodafone balance deduction problem for nearly 4-5 months and i get back my deducted balance after complaining to Customer care support.
But recently they’re not refunding balance when any deduction crossed 24hrs after activation. How can i complain if there is no intimation regarding deduction ? Im still fighting to get back my recent balance deduction (2 days back) for Rs.21 (1 time downloadable vas content activated without my consent and no intimation). Already talked with normal customer executive 2 times and third time with their superior. Still not got my refund. (Even mailed to official customer support [email protected] . com yesterday but no reply so far)
Some Customer care people were just saying will refund within 30 mins but they’re not refunding. If it is a single deduction means i will let it go.. but what’s the case like deducting and not refunding for continuously in long run ?

How to contact Nodal officer for this issue OR how to get back my deducted balance ?

The only solution I found for this problem is to have nil balance, the customer service girl preached me on using the phone properly, she made me believe that I was the one who activated these plan.

Even i am facing same problem. I notice and call customer care to deactivate and get money back. Even cc keep on telling me that I am the one who activated this. :grinnig:
Mine is prepaid and i am not on unlimited plan. And need balance to call people and if i recharge, above things happen

They are doing everything to get money recovered from customers.

PS: from the time where there is no recharge needed and got life time validity, we reached to state where a minimum of 200 recharge reuqired per month.
They played game well. Corporate strategy.

Only solution is keep nil or lessthan 10 balance.

mine also idea rejected for refund of 1.5rs but it was mine mistake as i dialed *222*2# by mistake
U guys should try to disable pop up from sim toolkit. i never get any issue also DND activated

Yes sim toolkit is best place to deactivate flash msgs so that stupid packs don’t get activated even by mistake

I have activated partial DND since some important site/bank OTPs are missing due to that ! Moreover i don’t have any option in sim toolkit to disable flash !
I’m getting flash msgs only when i requested balance enquiry. Even activated VAS blacklisting for all kind of VAS for 6 months of period but no use.

Try complaining on Twitter by tagging or sending DM to VodafoneIN.

P.S. – My balance [Rs. 28] was also deducted for some service which I didn’t activated; but got the balance back within 2 hrs. [complained within 24hrs of service activation]

It may work for complaints filed after 24 hrs….

Got my balance back after 5th time attempt to customer care call as well as mail support.
