So, earlier users whose state code was starting from 6,7,8 & 9 were able to pay jio fiber bill using Amazon.
But Now, looked like they fixed it. Delhi users whose State code is (011) now even they can pay jio fiber bill on Amazon.
When I tried through amazon app, it's not allowing but It worked in Amazon Desktop/web ( You can try desktop mode in Android chrome browser as well).
Here are the steps:
1. Open Amazon.in
2. Click on Amazon Pay
3. In the Bill payment section Choose "Mobile Postpaid" (https://www.amazon.in/hfc/bill/mobile_postpaid?...)
4. In the Mobile Number field, Enter 2 digits of the state code from right followed by 8 Digit Landline number. Suppose if your Jio fiber landline number is 35782493 and you are in delhi (State code: 011). Then You will have to enter 11 (Enter 2 digits of the state code from right) + 35782493 ( Jio Fiber landline number) = 1135782493
OR
Alternatively you can check your email and locate the bill from jio fiber . In the top right corner the first thing is Jio Number: You just have to copy 10 digits from the right.
5. Once you fill the Mobile number field, then a new option will appear named "Operator". Choose Jio postpaid from the dropdown.
6. It will fetch your bill. You can manually change the amount.
7. Pay the bill and it will be credited instantly. Jio Fiber will even message you.
8. Once you pay the bill using Desktop/web then it will start reflecting in the mobile app as well and then you will be able to pay from Mobile app as well.
Suggestion: Kindly pay 10rs from desktop today, and then it will start reflecting the app so we can now pay whenever we want ( Probably Friday). Saving it in the records will also help you in one more way, even if Amazon patches this in future we will not have to worry at all. Because now it's saved.
'Problem Earlier: Earlier even users were able to pay fiber bill using amazon but it was restricted only to states whose dialing code starts with digit in 6 to 9. Generally as we all know that mobile numbers don't starts with digits in 1 to 5 so what actually used to happen is that whenever we input a delhi landline number amazon used to think that this number can't exist so it never used to send the details to jio server. But now as they removed this first digit check so now everyone will be able to pay the bill.

Entered the "JioFixedVoiceNumber" as the mobile.
Nhi hota tha bhai kuch states ka. "Please enter a valid number" bolta tha.

Can't we modified the payment amount the one only generated bills are alollowed currently we have some offers where you can purchase gift card say for minimum for 3000 and you get hundred percent hundred rupees cashback so if I have a bill amount of Rs 500 can't I am modified Rs 2000 3000 rupees
