I have both Watch 4 Classic 46 mm LTE (bought in FK Dec costed around 8.6k after NCEMI cancellation )  & Watch 6 Bluetooth 40mm ( got it for 100 USD from Z Flip 5 pre launch offer).

Watch 6 has a better battery backup than Watch 4 Classic and faster charging speeds .

Apart from it the software experience and health tracking perspective both the watches are identical for the basic functions barring the processor being slightly better on Watch 6 but I have not used Watch 6 personally so cannot comment how much of a difference it makes.

From a battery standpoint initially was getting around 1 day or little more with ( Wifi / Location / LTE / BT active and all stock settings ) . Changed to power saving mode ( with BT / network active with data off ) and changed a few settings  ( Heart Rate monitoring every 10 mins during idle / SPO2 during sleep not monitored ) & now the watch lasts 2 days and some hours even if you wear it 24 hours and even a bit more if you use it while going out or exercising.

Pros
1. Bigger Watch Face 46mm with same health tracking functionality as standard Watch 6 . Accuracy is also the same
2. LTE is useful especially for outdoor activities where you do not need to carry you bulky phone along with you and still stay in touch and not miss any important call . Also  music can be streamed to your headphones so you are not missing anything )
3.Samsung Pay works to pay by tapping the NFC card reader which is legit eyeball grabbing in India . Wish Gpay or Phonepe launch soon so atleast payments via mobile number / upi id can be made using and you do not miss out on any functionality of phone . IDFC First has a wear os app but I have not yet used it
4.Auto tracking of type of exercise is great as you need not manually start or stop it .
5.Watch faces are plenty and being WearOS more than sufficient watch faces are there on the Playstore
6.Replace keyboard with GBoard as it supports swiping and it makes it a little easy to type messages when you need to message
7.Auto brightness works as expected. No issues of manually adjusting brightness till date
8.The rotating dial gives it a better look more towards a normal watch  than the Watch 6 which scream i am digital watch
9.2 more years of updates promised. ( Amazing to see a wearable get 4 years of OS upgrades)
10. Google Assistant can be defaulted instead of bixby on the watch and works great by configuring it to a button but I have not used unless playing on it .

 Cons
1. The battery life of Watch 6 40mm which I have is better ( can be a combination of smaller display / better battery ) and even supports faster charging . Watch 4 classic can take around  3 hrs to charge.
2. The straps are not the best quality if you want to wear it overnight . You can get 20mm fabric straps and it should work fine if you consider wearing it overnight
3. Even after picking up calls on phone  , it keeps ringing on the watch for a second or so maybe specific issue to the LTE version as the call is received on both the devices
4. The LTE is tied to the Watch . So you should have the same lte on phone and watch . There is a workaround trick to have seperate esims for watch and phone but it has it owns limitations as software does not allow to remove the phones esim subsequently and you are stuck with the esim
5. The sleep monitoring is not very accurate so I would not rely on the results of sleep monitoring.
6. Wear OS has a good collection of apps but I guess it should increase over time
7. Watch 6 Classic display is comparatively bigger even being only 1mm extra due to the smaller rotating knob from Watch 4 Classic. I have seen Watch 6 Classic and the display looks bigger than Watch 4 Classic. Also I guess its has Steel frame vs armor aluminium on Watch 4 Classic

Overall ,
The galaxy watch 4 classic 46 mm lte edition if you get around 8k to 10k INR ( in the coming Jan sales )  is a steal deal if you have the budget and looking for a real watch .  In USA as well , these watches were selling around 99 USD lowest  , so the prices are comparable . Generally samsung products are cheaper in USA as compared to India once it gets a bit old

If you are looking for a watch and want to buy one of those Chinese branded Made in India watches for 4k to 5k INR ,  it would be better to up the budget a bit and buy a proper Wear OS Watch with the best health tracking and real smartwatch features with 2 years more of Wear OS features promised .

Very happy. Bought it for 9200 from Flipkart sale. LTE always on. Charging it once every 2 days. Note that I switch it off in the night while sleeping. If you keep auto heart rate monitor or other such detectors. Than battery drains quickly. I do all of it manually.

I am also interested in this watch. Getting it for 9809 (with cc discount) at Flipkart. I am interested because of LTE feature, but I have read reviews that it keeps getting heat up when LTE is on and battery drain is very fast. If anyone can share the LTE experience with this watch (call quality, battery drain) , it would be really helpful. Also can we integrate jio prepaid esim in this watch?

Using it, with lte always on battery backup is too low, else it's fine. I enable always on lte when i don't take my phone with me or forget to take.

Accuracy of pretty much every health-related feature is well below-par. Nothing has changed in this regard from the 4th to 6th generation.
