HI,

i have 2 tickets in air asia (air india express) with different PNRs I want to do web check-in for the flights such that I get 2 seats which are one after the other and best seats possible.

How can i do that?

you booked the tickets through tata neu, right ?

did you choose xpress value or vista flex ?

if you choose xpress value then you have to pay some some extra charges to get good seats while checkin online, but you can get seats of your choice for free with offline checkin, but thats totally depands on seat availability at the time of checkin..

my tip is always book via tata neu and choose vista flex, it may cost 300-500 more but you will get seat of your choice, even front side window seat for free and complimentry food too..

priority checkin is free for everyone who booked via neu app, there's a seprate checkin counter for that..

as you said you just want to sit side by side, then just choose the seat for first pnr then side seat for 2nd pnr.. no issue in that..

you can pay for the seats, or you can reach airport early and request at the counter for the seats to be reassigned together and they will happily do it without a charge - I have gotten my seat changed like this many times even when travelling alone to get window/aisle seats smile bon voyage!
