Weird Issue with Jio Voice Calls

Hey Guys,
I have one jio sim in which Plan 395 is active. Which is a value pack and gives 6GB of data with calling for 84 days.
Since morning, I am having issue related to voice calls. Internet is wokring and my plan is active till 11th March...but still I am not able to call. It says you dont have enough balance to make calls.
Already checked in my jio and it shows "*Voice Calling Benefit is not available *"
Whats this now??

How many hours did u speak per day.
A person known to me had same issue.He was recently engaged and was on phone with his would be wife day and night. (he called from jio to airtel)
Even though Jio says unlimited calls,there is a limit and may be u crossed that limit(FUP. Fair usage policy).
If it is a Technical issue then Good luck to find Solution but if u have over used ur voice call limit wait till you do next recharge.

UPDATE :
So guys, I went to Jio Store and they were also not able to figure out the issue.
Finally..the guy replaced my jio sim and everything started working as before.
I am still not able to understand what was the issue lol.

@asp462 @urmila.contact @Jarvis.-. My total call time in one month is 43 minutes and 27 seconds. I have Airtel as primary number. So no...its not the reason obviously.
