1. Stopped Gaming and watching anime (Destructive Habits Can't be moderated, once the habits build up, you will play/watch more and more)
2. Stopped believing God is different from me (Went deep into spirituality with the help of experienced people and realised who am I logically and scientifically)
3. Stopped Eating Sweets (Early in my Life, Time has taught me The Pain and suffering with sweets. Thanks that I ruined just my Milk Tooth)
4. Stopped ignoring Meditation (It's really powerful to release chemicals from the mind for pleasure otherwise mind will keep running behind external pleasures. Yes, we go after dopamine, instant gratification all the time. This is one of the greatest exercise for peace of mind. I do sound of silence meditation. Thanks to Sandeep Maheshwari and Paarth Singh)
5. Stopped ignoring ghosts, reincarnation (There are cases out there which proves it to be true. Ghosts do exist but it is not what is typically shown in movies. The body dies and habits reincarnate to get a different body. 20 cases suggestive of reincarnation by Steven ianson is a great research on this topic)
