It's a service where they give you products like mobile, tv links of Amazon, FK to buy on behalf of some other customers. You buy using your credit card with discounts. They transfer a slightly higher amount to you after item delivery.
I have used it. They don't transfer amount quickly. Customer support is almost non existing. Stay away.
if you placed the wrong order, then try to get your money for the product you actually ordered.
They do not have a grievance redressal, though You can File an FIR anytime against them
OP, post a review on their Facebook. They contact you swiftly to sort out your issue and request you to delete the review also.
galti tumhari hai bhai, you should always doublecheck. 90% of the times unless its iphone deal, the phone will be OOS and flipkart will automatically switch it to different color/storage. I too am facing issues with yaper. It was swift when they had razorpay then they switched to rtgs and now they are using qr based payment.
