hello dimers , i done a transection on flipkart with sbi cc but by mistake i entred wrong cvv and payment proccessed successfully and and i got message of payment confirmation and same is reflecting on sbi card too but not settled even after 3 days of payment date . Now i remembered that i have entered wrong cvv .Could it be cause of not settlement . As of now i did not get any msg from sbi that of incorrect cvv or payment decline . Do my paymet will settle or get failed or if failed do i get same offer on sbi card that is during the date of purchase as now big saving days offer has been removed i have to pay without offer .please share what should i do next .
Your transaction should have failed if CVV was incorrect after entering OTP. sometimes it takes up to 3 days for settlement. may be wait till EOD today and see
What is the status of fk order
If not processed (as no payment received by them) then refund will come

sometimes flipkart claim the payment from bank late like 10 days so the 3 days is not at all enough to conclude anything, you have to wait till next statement generation at least.

Need to wait till statement generation. Also, cvv verification depends on payment processor & is not mandatory(to process card txn as per technical specifications) if payment processor is willing to take risk to ignore it(normally no one does so). HDFC payzapp doesn’t ask for cvv exactly for this reason because payzapp app is hdfc own app & they control everything in there from card addition to payment processing so HDFC chose not to check for cvv while doing payzapp txn.

If there’s an option for CVV then its got to be correct or else the payment gets failed (I do remember my transactions on flipkart getting failed for incorrect CVV). So yeah, this is most likely a technical error and probably the bank flagged the transaction and reached out to Flipkart/Wibmo or vice versa (looks like FK didn’t process the order even after 3 days)

I think OP might have given the correct CVV but as there is no settlement after 3 days he is doubting himself 😅

Regualr feature with sbi, mostly settled on 1st of next month
little bit off topic: I did some transactions on my SBI simplyclick and simplysave credit card during the Flipkart sale. It’s been 4-5 days and the transactions are neither showing under Unbilled settled/in process. Also, the available limit has not been updated yet.
I know delay in common for some Flipkart transactions and the same happened with me during last year’s BBD sale on Axis cc. But that the time limit was reduced according to the transactions.

Looks like SBI servers got overloaded during the sale period. Made couple of transactions with OLA SBI on May 8, May 9 (1650, 1850) and i can see them both via Unbilled transactions and available limit got revised instantly

I made 7150 rs txn on ola via ola sbi card in mar. later on month end I forgot that I did txn or not so checked sbi app. It didn’t shown any txn so I did again and later realized and so didn’t received ola cb also as i did txn already.

Flipkart is running slow these days. Same thing happened to me. It took about 4 days for transaction to get settled. And order hasn’t shipped even after 10 days.
I pay through sbi credit card on 5 may order delivered but still money not debited

When Cred was in beta stages, I remember making many Credit Card payments using debit card wherein for some reasons I was entering wrong CVV and still deduction and transactions happened successfully. Don’t remember the debit card issuing bank but it was definitely not SBI (think was DCB – using their Elite a/c)
That made me think that some banks don’t check CVV
finally payment settled today after 6 days and however it happened but it happened for good . I have entered wrong cvv i strongly remembered that , as i did another payment day after that in which i was entering the same cvv as entered in flipkart that was got decline after that i rememberd that i put the same cvv yesterday on flipkart but payment not decline . However flipkart transection gone successfully with wrong cvv 😁

If the ccv was wrong how come txn be completed?

Perhaps you entered the correct CVV but remember it wrong? If the transaction goes through with the wrong CVV, it’ll become a major security issue for every SBI cardholder.

In my next transaction with flipkart from sbi cc i will enter wrong cvv and check that sbi security is two low and if got settled then i will complaine on twitter
Ya same thing happend with me today (sbi simply save) out of the 3digits one was enterd wrong but the payment was successful that to when securing card through rbi guidelines . (04/23)
