@Wontdisplaymyname Sorry, buy I can’t open that Instagram link (as I don’t hold an account there) but by seeing the SS shared by @getready it’s quite obvious that the poster is definitely politically inclined and want to twist/ turn the original news in his flavour, that surely looks like the delay is from Delhi Govt’s side wherein it’s actually an implementation delay from GOI due to the mentioned reasons by Mr. Vinayak. No point to take this argument any further, I believe. Both the parties are responsible for the same and it’s not wise to blame only a single side for the delay in installations. I think, I should leave this link as it is to let others find the genuineness by themselves.

I know bro, utilization of this fund should be transparent, which is not sadly.

Pm took care of it.
I think modi has silently passed that fund to his ministers and MPs to be used in next election. I know for sure that MP of my district received Rs 2 crore from central govt to be used for buying mask and sanatizers. That money is now in MPs pocket as he produced fake bills and kept the money.
