Anyways I think if a post reaches certain hotness even if it was a repost it shouldn't be considered as repost because original post worth it ya samajne layak nhi tha normal logo ke liye.

Hotness has nothing to do with repost
person A has posted a deal/offer/post and person B has repeated even after simplifying and yet Person A's Post has not crossed 5 days person B's Post will be a repost and it will be merged into person A's post

I'm afraid to say you're not.If the content of deal is already mentioned in comments by Poster (A), then adding/mixing [MOST OF] details in new deal by Poster(B) will led to Merger.
Coming to C+V part, I agree.. Dimer language is different, c+v language is quite difficult. In l00ts, dimer language should be used to convey (If Hot Deal, in English only)
