What is a Visa id payment method for visa credit and debit card ?

Recently I saw an survey about visa id payment method. Where a debit or credit card customer can pay with visa id linked to multiple cards of user.
Its looks like upi id but insted of pin it uses otp.
Is it working in india?

No, its different. I done a survey and seen this new feature of visa.
How to do this:
There was an option at checkout at shopping site in debit credit card payment in the name of "pay with visa id" there was two option one was like "xyz@ visa" second was "mobile number@visa" then there was an option to select from multiple debit credit card. Then After an otp come and transaction done.
This all were at video on that survey.
