In swiggy after applying coupon there only slight discount, if we go and buy , amount will be less. So please explain how the benefits arrives?

I have Zomato pro for 3 months and I swiggy app. But every time when try to order in Zomato, no coupon is aplicable and in swiggy there is delivery charges, taxes and tips
Then what is the benefits?

It’s all location specific. You might live in an area where restaurants overcharge for online orders.
Not everyone gets cheaper but not everyone pays more either. Look at the ss below , paid just 29 for a 230 order.

Same is the case in my area Aleppey/Chengannur . Items are priced atleast 30% More.
But I manage to get atleast 10% discount after using Card specific offers like IDFC, ICICI Apay etc.

Ya 10% is getting after all coupon and payment offers.
I think it is only in Kerala no such offers applied
Also extra packing charges ,tip and taxes.
