1) Prepaid card is 3rd network card. neither debit card nor credit card.

2) It depends on your choice or you can apply for all cards.

3) Reloadable prepaid cards is a card that you can use to make purchases. So, unlike a bank debit card, which normally allows you to spend as much money as you have in the account, a reloadable card limits you to the money you have loaded onto it. Cards also vary in how you can reload them. Again, your options may include adding money by phone, online, direct deposit, or in-person. If you’re adding money in-person, you may be able to do so using cash. But if you’re adding money online, then you’ll need a bank account to transfer the money. 

4) Prepaid cards mostly give 1% to 2% cashback unlike debit cards where maximum 0.25% to 50% rewards point.
