What is the best way to redeem axis bank edge reward points?

Hey guys,
Need help, I have 160000 axis bank edge rewards points, I have magnus credit card (not burgundy).
I want to use my points and book either hotels or flight tickets for an upcoming travel plan to Dubai.
Can someone please help on how to use the points most effectively.
I tried traveledge platform, but would like to know more if anyone has used points before.

Doubt if you can manage both.
Accor is your best bet for hotels. Max value plus rooms across price range.
