What is the use of BBPS transaction verification page.

What is the use of this page: https://payments.billdesk.com/ubp/BBPSCustomerl...


Whenever I login in this it shows nothing. 


I have paid numerous bills using HDFC billpay, sbi unipay and GPay etc ( they all use BBPS for processing bills/recharges), I except it to show something. Does anybody knows what exactly is the use of this portal.
