My Tablet gets overheated in the upper right corner abnormally.
While the other portion is still normal only corner part is getting heated .
It is ongoing continuously from 3 days and battery is also draining fast then before and also if I keep tab open without doing anything then also it is heating
What should I do?

Which Company and Model? Without specifying these basic details, how can anyone help.
Did you drop it? PCB/component placed there might have got shorted... Is there a back camera at that corner?
your CPU is heating up because of some apps running full time and draining battery as well. uninstall any app you installed before this problem started. Last resort is to reset it.
.If the tab is more than 2 year old check if it has been updated recently then you need to down grade it because probably it cannot handle the new upgrade
If its less than 2 year old you need to upgrade the tab.
Follow above suggestions, if possible then factory reset the tab after saving all the important data/settings in some other device/cloud storage.

20% chance of being Apple product (but mostly in phones).
Better not to have and case or other things which make it difficult to latch on to signals, near antennae obstructions.
Gaming or other heavy use of multiple applications too does it on older devices.

- Lenovo and it is a 2-3 year old tab

Don't remember when it was dropped last time . And exactly! there is rear camera just behind the heating place . Also the option to switch to rear camera was not showing in tab for almost 2 weeks (but I ignored that ) . Just now when I checked camera again it is not launching not even front camera , I think the issu is related to camera itself .😑
PS.- I had got my tablet jack changed just before all this started.😬😬
PPS- The jack of device is just above camera part and I think the defect is increasing day by day ??😬
Also this time the jack is not in proper place as before which I noticed that day also when it replaced but ignored 😞😞

I haven't downloaded a single application on tab from a long time and using device even less then before due to all this

Yes will check if any update is there but don't think thats the issue.

The major solutions coming out are factory reset ,but I think the issue is with camera and factory reset wouldn't help if it is hardware defect .I think I should get my tab repaired soon.🤔
Glad that I nailed it without knowing any further info, get it repaired by a proper technician mentioning all what you've written here... @Rickter_5911
Unlike the airlines operating our of post sanctions Russia
you can still get that faulty refined, damaged parts/jack and the camera modules fixed ... from a sincere and dedicated team/person
unlike the last time.
Also, if you knowingly ignored the issues after the socket or other replacement/repair
expecting you to give a nasty earful to that repairperson is out of the question.
My old samsung tablet had the same problem before it finally died in its 3rd year. No amount of service and repair money saved its life.
