True. Ordering 1kg curd from zepto for 77 rs which ended up 150rs approx with LOW CART CHARGES, Handling fee, platform fee. Just closed the app and went downstairs.

So the customers have the power of not giving such establishments their business.
If enough customers move away, then the business might mend its ways or fold up.
