what's wrong with this review: amazon
And posted this genuine review and gave 4 stars...
Good purchase however there was no Coleman branding on outer fly...retailer should also add a video of repackaging and unboxing.its difficult to pack it back as it was packed.
However amazon replied-
Thank you for submitting a customer review on Amazon. After carefully reviewing your submission, your review could not be posted to the website. It appears your content did not comply with our guidelines.
I want to know what's wrong with this review... knowledgeable persons can put a light on

similiar happened with me also. az review reviewer are always high and never publish my review.
But I rarely posted reviews and just few weeks back I started posted reviews...I don't know what they want?
Previously I had received a response like this:
Thank you for submitting a customer review on Amazon. After carefully reviewing your submission, your review could not be posted to the website. It appears your review had feedback on the seller.
@anshu Seems yours was in similar lines
It concerns regarding packing/unboxing for which sellers are not mandated to go through
While I get such pamphlets with every product, I don’t trust Amazon reviews now and stop posting reviews too.
There is a separate option to post a review of the Seller. Amazon insists on reviewing the bought product only, excluding reference to delivery process, seller etc.
Looks fake reviews are prevailing but genuine ones are not getting published
If still one wants to appeal the decision, one can contact customer care and request the contact/issue to be raised to the 'community help' team.
Not sure if they still have these, but previously they could be directly reached by e-mailing [email protected], reviews-h[email protected].
You actually gave 4 stars and still faced that.. my 1-2 stars were actually removed from my profile after 8-9 months of being published! It was removed around Feb this year. But 3-5 stars reviews are there.
They're deliberately removing negative reviews from specific products, I believe those high brands or seller/distributor are paying Amazon to do that. Heard flipkart is doing the same too.
