What's your review of NSDL Jiffy Advantage account?

Due to some restrictions, I can only open a payments bank account which I need for daily use UPI, Debit Card etc. Don't want the hassle of an offline branch, so no normal savings account. Kotak is not available at my address, so can't open them.
These are my requirements:
- Need a Visa/Mastercard virtual card.
- Should have good uptime, digital services & ease of use.
- The overall experience should be good.
- Preferably zero balance.

Airtel or paytm payments bank try karo. Nsdl gives rupay virtual card with monthly fee of 6rs

Actually I don't want to deal with the gutter trash that Paytm is. Even RBI knows it enough to regularly ban them. Have only bad experiences with them.
Airtel, I'm not sure. Will look into it. And I don't need a rupay card because it's quite useless apart from the few offers it gives which are of no use to me.
I'm using it, it's decent, works as expected.
The signup process ruined my mood.
First it repeatedly asked for contact permission. Then it didn't have the option to manually type the email & whatever automatic fetching process they have didn't work.
Couldn't proceed without email but can't type it.
Uninstalled the app.
