Try to run as administrator. The error shows may be due to c drive permission not available for user.

First Clear files cached on your computer.
Go to: C:\Users\Atharva\AppData\Local\Google\
Delete the DriveFS folder.
Restart the computer to clear any cached settings.

Reinstalling will not help. U can try by doing system restore to last snapshot. It will rectify

It seems, you are logged in as different user.
Try to login as regular user "the login name" which worked in the morning.
