When product is not delivered(due to cancellation) and you want to rate seller?

Many times seller cancel your order which got in a deal after waiting so much time. But they cancel it without any reason. And you want to rate the seller awful but if you select product is not delivered then amazon might remove your review and it will not reflect in the review section . So always try to select product is not of good quality. Then it will get reflect in rating section of seller.
