Where and how to sell new sealed box phones

I can get 2 Samsung phones for cheap every 6 months from the Employee Discount program. For some of the mid range phones(Not Z series) the difference is about Rs 2K with lowest price available anywhere else with offers. For Z-series the difference is 6-7K but it would be very hard to resell them so I am not considering it.
So I was thinking of buying it and selling it immediately with a 1K profit.
How should I do this and how easy will this be?
Also is it legal to do so?
Please advise.

You can go ahead. My friend who was working in SONY, help many to get SONY Electronic Items. So you can sell these phones with invoice o anyone.
