Where to celebrate Holi Vacation ?

Hi everyone,
Currently I am in delhi.
I have taken leave in the office in march end week. i.e : 23 March to 28 March.
Please suggest me where I can go with my partner for a short trip of 2-3 days outside Delhi.
Which place would be safe & climate friendly to go to during Holi in budget cost. i.e: Rajasthan, Manali, Shimla, Vrindavan, Mathura, Rishikesh etc
Please share your views. :grin:

Pushkar is the best place to enjoy Holi if you love cultural festivities and trance parties..
Holika Dahan is on 24th March, so reach Pushkar on 23rd and stay till 26 or 27
