I am planning to get new AC's for my new apartment. My budget is around 70k for 2. please suggest best ones considering the capacity of 1.5 ton each

Depends on region to region actually. I have Voltas and it has excellent After sale support. Before this, i had bad experience with LG.
There is Lloyd AC at my brothers place which is good and you may consider it too
