Some banks are good and some are pathetic

1.ICICI bank
2.HDFC Bank
3.Indusind Bank
Rate your bank please let us know which bank is good
If we talk about netbanking and iMobile no one can beat ICICI
SBI netbanking is also good
Even indusind has very good netbanking
Any other bank providing features similar to these banks

There are couple of factors we need to see to choose a best bank account in my honest opinion. Being listed in scheduled commercial bank list is of paramount importance.
1) Number of Branches
More number of branches means we can access our bank from different locations. That ensures seamless banking. One might argue, since netbanking is on the rise we don't need offline branches. But not all people do possess the resources we have at our disposal. And some problems can be rectified by visiting a bank branch. There is also this psychological impact.
2) Density of the branches
I just made up this number 🐒🐒🐒🐒. This number implies Total number of branches/number of states in India.
3) MAB
It is self explanatory.
4) Available online/offline services
This includes money transfer services, ATM services, availability of different variants of cards, UX of web n mobile apps, ease of access to customer services, customer feedback on different platforms, ASBA facility for IPO application (total 25 banks https://www.sebi.gov.in/sebiweb/other/OtherActi...), loan availing facility, number of ATMS etc
5) NPA

I would advise against opening account in AXIS bank to anyone. This chor bank has many hidden charges you wouldn’t believe, even after asking their staff they don’t clarify about charges. They charged me Rs4000+720(gst) for Demand Draft after one month of DD issuance even though I visited branch two times before requesting the the DD and asked them specifically “please tell me charges first then I will go ahead” but they said, we can’t tell you charges right now, system will show DD charges at the time of DD creation and when I visited branch 3rd time for DD issuance I said again, please see in system and tell me charges first then proceed so staff filled all formalities in her system and system didn’t show any charges and DD was created without any charge. I was very happy and then after one month this chor bank deducted 4000+GST from my account without any notice and marked charges as consolidates charges, I was shocked and when called my RM for asking charges he didn’t pick call.
And this is not the first time they did it, I had old debit card which was phased out (charges150+gst) so that debit was goin to expire in Feb 2021. So what this chor bank did is: it’s quietly upgraded my Easy Access account to Prestige account in Dec 2020 without even notifying me and then deducted 150+gst charges in Jan for old debit card maintenance charges which was goin to expire in Feb and then again in Feb charged me 500+90(gst) for worthless prestige debit card because that was default debit card for prestige account.

Please close the account and have a peaceful life , axis credit cards are good but stay away from their banking products specifically savings account
I had opened an Axis ASAP digital account with them, deposited 2k , account was closed without information and there is no trace of my 2k . After following up for 1 month i left the chase as it wad not worth the time getting burned on those human robots sitting in customer care .
