Which banks credit cards Sensitive on PIN CODE?

Hallo guys in this thread I want to know which banks issue credit card pan India no metter what is your address, villege or city.
I think ICICI Bank work pan India.
Please share your experiences SBI not listed my district on there credit card apply portal. Axis also reject my card application.

I live in a remote village in Gujarat where SBI doesn’t provide service as per their site. But still many people in my village have that card. If pincode is not serviceable, you have to apply through nearby branch. That way all pincodes are serviceable. I have Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, AU Bank and Kotak Bank CC even though I am in a remote village.
