Which CC works on Oracle Cloud Free Tier.

So, Oracle Free Tier Cloud provides free cloud service(4 instances of ARM Ampere A1 Compute with 3,000 OCPU) for lifetime, but for registering they require a CC, i have APay CC and i tried to register with it but i was not able to, they rejected my application.

So, i just wanted to ask you peeps, if anyone here have registered for their cloud service then please tell me which credit card worked on it for the registration.

What do you use the service for?

Check if international transactions are enabled in your card first.

If this is first your international transaction it might have gotten rejected by the back to avoid fraud.

It can be used for hosting application(wireguard VPN, media server etc) and Intl transaction was enabled.

It does not work the first time. You reach out to their support and they do something from their end and it works. This is what I have experienced twice with OCI free tier registration.
