Well, almost any country
afaik some european and both north american countries do want a minimum of $$ in your account even if you apply for a tourist visa and even if you have the same, getting a visa is not sure.

Well, almost any country. AFAIK no country asks for tens of lakhs in your account. For less hassle check countries which offer visa less and e visa entry. Several countries like Thailand and Malaysia have opened get their gates for indians without a visa recently. Some other like Singapore offer e visa which you can apply online and get very easily. If you can get a visa for a country without physically visiting any office it will be easy and quick.
