Which debit card gives reward points on cc payment in cheq?

I need to pay 2l cc payment. Have idfc wealth, axis liberty, sbi dc. Please suggest which one to use for max gains.

No idea about IDFC and Axis DCs mentioned above but SBI DC will fetch 100 points max. per transaction which is equivalent to Rs. 25 and one can accumulate max. 1,000 points per calendar month
Park+ allows paying (any amount) via debit card but settlement time is on the higher side, so, do check before going ahead with it
Use SBI DC, pay in batches of Rs. 10k each 10 times ... if you would've paid yesterday, you would've at least paid Rs. 1L worth bill in February month and rest Rs. 1L in March month collecting 2,000 RP which would be equal to Rs. 500
