Which FD based card allows to change the FD amount

Kotak, IDFC and OneCard do not allow to change the FD amount per my knowledge.

Have you ever changed FD amount and increased/decreased he CC limit of FD based card? Want to know which banks permit this?

Idfc Wow Card 2 Times Increase...

As Per My Knowledge Experience With Entry Level Customer Care Talks... They Can Decrease The Credit Limit , But Fd Lien Will Not Be Removed... To Remove Fd Lien Completely Then We Have To Close The Card

Can decrease also? I mean for a 50K FD card - can one withdraw 20K to keep the 30K FD card?

I think Niyo issues Prepaid card, not credit card. Isn't it?

Does Niyo card by IDFC start charging 3.5% markup charges like normal cards?? I was using it for all my international transactions, but today they charged almost 30 rupees extra for a $20 purchase on PayPal.

Called customer care & they have no information about it.
