I don’t use pillow. Few years back( when I was in school ), I read that using pillow can cause neck problem, back ache etc., and I stopped using it. Most people can’t sleep without pillow, I find it crazy.

sometimes some support is ‘needed’.
Those pillar like/ cylindrical ones .. if used for prolonged periods might give a stiff neck.

I am using this pillow and its super smooth for sleeping but old age people don’t like it, because if you sleep it will pressurize the pillow and you will be on the level of your mattress.
While I prefer a soft one!

Isn't it difficult to get to sleep though, while using those?
Because in the 'how to use' section
their instruction manual emphatically says that the only way to correctly use 🛐PP🙇🏻♂️ is when the user is in the vertical position.

Used to use locally made custom cotton filled ones. But about a year ago bought a set of solimo microfiber synthetic filled ones and so far not bad, new pillows take time to adjust... And yes sleep and "that" life is ok so far.
Pillows are a personal product setting and comfort varies for each.
