Nutraj wonderland etc many brands selling whole Walnuts but no one mentions the without shell quantity that can be derived.

Ok dear .
But sometimes we have to do things for the ones who did everything for us . Old age senior members in house need have to be looked . Walnuts are filling and have weight increasing capacity and more importantly are having natural oils for inner wellbeing of there body functionality

Waise ye akhrot par bhi nirbhar karega agar chote akhrot hai to chhilka zyada hoga and bade akhrot hai to chhilka ka weight kam hoga, isliye akhrot ke size par bhi depend karta hai
1 kg walnut mein 500 gram kernels to nikalna hi chahiye

With more imports coming in, walnuts' price is drastically reduced.
Its no more that premium.
Having 1 or 2 whole walnuts daily isn't that expensive.
Kashmir almonds and walnuts are good with good oil content .
