Why are products Costly on amazon and cheaper on flipkart ?

i have been observing from the last 3 months that there is a huge difference between the prices of products on amazon and flipkart
amazon is always selling things on expensive side and flipkart is selling the same thing cheaper?
kindly share your thougts and experiences ?

yes same thing I am planning to buy a laptop Asus f15 tuf and the price difference between Amazon and FK is nearly 3k also on affiliate site Amazon is offering 0% on laptop whereas FK is offering close to 4 % . So planning to buy from FK also on top of that Amazon if not declaring Holi sale whereas on FK it’s already started
Which affiliate site do you use ?

I have usually observed that products are priced exactly same on both platforms. Be it diaper pack of same size or tyre inflator or iphone. Like exactly same.
For me, amazon makes sense in such a case since I have its icici card so I can get 5% cashback.

Can’t generalize. Some are costly on Amazon and some do on Flipkart and they do price matching too, so the price will be the same for some products ( Excluding affiliate benefit* )
