why customer not found error is shown in sbi rewardz

Hi all,

I have opened my savings account in sbi in first week of march.
Since then i have paid around 50k via sbi Debit card.

However when i try to visit sbi rewardz section i get customer not found error.

You need to register/enroll first.. using your card details and customer id in sbirewardz site.

You can also find sbirewardz app. Go to app and register and then you can see and Redeem points.

My friend had opened account in SBI & he is facing same issue. He had contacted CC several times but CC person are not able figure out what’s is the issue. First CC told him to wait for 45 days from the date of account opened. He waited but still same issue he is getting. Please update your post if your able to get it resolved.

Bro Mail sbi rewardz customer care there you will have to wait min 30 days for final resolution as they say and after 30 days tweet sbi that More than 1 month still issue not resolved they will share email id with you forward your email communication to them and wait for 15 days after that you can access flushed

Any make sure within 30 and 15 days timespan send reminder tweet / mail every after 2-3 days grinning

Welcome to the club.
I couldn’t access my sbi rewards from many years.
Mailed them and called them many times and gave up finally.
