When poster posted, they should mentioned these things as well.
Clear cache? Clear Data? App Updated? Phone Model?
Is it happening on Wi-Fi/Fiber or Mobile Network? Have they tried other network?
OP is waiting or what don't know....but post is incomplete to diagnose the error.
Also, incorrect section to be posted. Better fits in Feedback.
