Why Jiomart not providing courier service name?

I ordered office chair, Two days back they marked it as shipped. No courier service name provided through which it got shipped. I contacted CC, they too don't have any details. Asked me to wait till expected delivery date. 😬

Jiomart is a big fraud. They don't give tracking ID, they sell grocery of offline smart store which near to expiry in jiomart, they sell junk of trends store in jiomart fashion, they don't return the product easily, they create fake pickup schedule, they cancel return without any reason, they don't give refund easily. THIS IS EXPERIENCED BY MANY PEOPLE, THIS IS THE TRUTH.

I think they ship through their own logistics to nearby city. Than they will hand over to delhivery for further delivery. It will take 3 to 5 days.
