Amex MRCC gives handsome rewards on wallet load. Even if I just load the wallet for Rs 2.4 Lakhs, then even after paying 2.85% fees, I would be earning a lot from the 18K collection.
But is it okay to do so?
My income is much more than 2.4 L PA

Why don't you buy Amazon Pay vouchers which can be used for almost any spends? Use rewards multiplier and you should reach 25k in 9 months spending only 1.8l. (Rewards multiplier fulfillment will be 4 months).
For sure, your offline payment options will be limited, but you will be saving more than 5k

On Uber? I lose money as I can get discounted uber gift vouchers from somewhere else or trade
Mobile Recharge? Again I lose money.
I don't shop a lot on Amazon. Plus I would be redeeming my MR points for Amazon Voucher. I have no use of abou 2.4 Lakhs of Amazon Voucher or even 1.5 L to meet the annual fee reversal
