Will they reject my AmazonPay ICICI application?

I don’t have an account in ICICI bank but I got my first credit card from them in August end(1 lakh limit).

I have received the 750 cashback offer on Amazon Pay ICICI so if I apply, can they reject it even though the 1 lakh limit is shared between credit cards?
Also, one thing I noticed is that my CIBIL score hasn’t been generated yet.

if you have any existing cc from ICICI you can get Apay card instantly but your limit will be shared.

After getting so much tension since past 1 month I finally told them tata bye bye👋 today!. Repeatedly asking me to reupload the documents without telling me what’s wrong.. Cc doesn’t respond. I didn’t wanted this headache so asked them to keep the card themselves and enjoy the cashback themselves..
P. S: ‘peace of mind’ is much more costly than 5% cashback
