Worst customer service
I bought stuff by COD and some items I returned because one the quality was not good and also size was an issue Myntra never refunded my money saying they can’t find any orders connected to my mobile number with the account.
They kept asking me some documents and some personal details in endless mails so that they can issue the refund. Did everything they wanted but till date nothing has been done.
I even tried getting in touch with them on Instagram but no luck.
Isn’t this cheating and eventuallyI lost my hard earned money.

Myntra is such a fraud site , they blocked my account which had somewhat 10k credit and told me that I breached some clause & after asking which clause exactly they are not even telling that
With Mynta and flipkart only consumer complaint works...

Try consumer helpline, will definitely get a resolution
