No proper customer support incase you get into issues. I got an error while redeeming tatacliq giftcard which was purchased in zingoy. Just to verify and refund. Thwy are taking more than 3 days. I lost sale in tatacliq due to worst customer supoort team
Zingoy is still unable to track all the successful purchases. If I’m directly contacting the merchant then they are saying there is no affliate attribute attached to the order.
This happening everytime will all the listed merchants. Zingoy team is sleeping so I thought I should let you guys know.

@premindia87 issue is different. I just commented here cz I wanted to comment on any relevant post. There are other dimers too who are complaining about this tracking issue. I have even uninstalled everything before the purchase but still the order isn’t tracked😔
