Worst Ecomm site!

Hi,

After hearing some really nice words about jabong, i finally shopped from it. i was shocked to see that dispatch date was 4 days after the date if purchase (usually ecommerce sites show tentative dispatch date as the next day after ordering). When the day of dispatch arrived after a long wait of 4 days, I got a mail that there have been delay in procurement. there is no way I can cancel my pre-paid order; customer care is sh*t. I wish I had ordered COD and refused to accept whenever it arrived
