Worst experience ever from an Online purchase attempt!!!

Hi all,

I didn’t see the comments in this website before my friend and I placed an order each (IDs: 10136387 & 10136355). On contacting later since there was no response regarding the delivery we were told that it would be delivered as mentioned within 3 weeks. It’s going to be a month now and the last time I contacted they told that the don’t have an escalation channel in place to track delayed orders which is pathetic for any Company. Also the front end Customer service people doesn’t have any information about the product shipping status. Had I seen the comments in this website I wouldn’t have put my hard earned money to buy anything from Timtara. I’m still hoping to receive the products shipped to me since I have waited enough and don’t prefer a refund or wait any more. Will be contacting the customer service again…
