Worst experience with shopping on Croma, probably my last shopping.
Today my order is out for delivery by bluedart. Actually I had two orders (Daikin AC) one is cancelled (cancellation request still open, don’t know when will I get my refund ), So which one coming, I am confused as the croma website has not updated real-time tracking, bluedart showing out for delivery & on croma it is still showing shipped. I called the customer care, & asked which trading details for both order so that I can track my order. The customer care girl was clueless, just telling me order is out for delivery but not telling me which one is coming. When I started taking angrily, she also started talking in rough unprofessional way. Maine use bola ki tum ko kisne customer care me baitha dea timko kuch samjh me nhi aata. Tum mere bs order ID bta de jo order me ko out for delivery hai, so finally she share the order. I recommend don’t shop anything from croma just for credit card discounts. After sale support is third class. Kuch paisa jyda lgenge but mai amazon, flipkart se hi lunga yaar ye croma, reliance digital inko bs sale kene se mtlb hoti hai. Croma is best among all others…… better go to their store and select the product and then buy it online….. yes i also have faced issues from Croma….. but you will get genuine products from Croma……and they online website is just a collection of products available in their store….. its not a third party website….. so u wl get genuine product…. also I ordered two AC one month ago and it went smooth also they give free installation on some AC brand……. I suggest you do not worry you will get your refund……it wl b smooth process as far as I know……
This is not about whether I get genuine products or not, I know I am going to get genuine product. But what if I receive defective products, or I changed my mind & refuse to take delivery. This is not like amazon, flipkart where we request cancellation & get refund initiated in just matter of hours. Croma has registered for cancellation of order 02/04/22 but still SR is open forget about getting refund. My credit card statement will be generated on 09/4 which I have to pay due amount within 15 days if merchant send me after the whole outstanding due is billed.
Last time I ordered from Croma was in 2016. Decided not to order from them later on.
Bought a laptop from Amazon by paying 100 fee for same day delivery. Bought laptop bag from Croma by paying 150+ fee for same day delivery. Amazon order was placed at 7AM and was delivered by 6PM. Croma order was at around 8AM. Inspite of charging me extra for same day delivery, my bag was delivered after 2 days.
The worst part was Amazon warehouse was in outskirts of the city and Croma had many stores within the city. Yet Amazon was able to keep their promise.
I don’t understand how many Indian companies forget that customer satisfaction & after sale support should also be on their priority list.
haha agreed, croma, reliance digital and vijay sales are good in offline stores only otherwise online ordering is a pain in the tummy. I order from croma when the discount margin is more than 8-9% than amazon and Only when I am clear that I wont be returning the item.
Dont go with tata croma, tataneu, Tatacliq
There is huge problem going on with customers of Tatacliq.

Not even a single happy customer.
All of them faced huge losses.
Tatacliq has not refunded anyone, and has beem openly looting all.
BEWARE.
This is nothing new. Been shopping from croma for over 8/9 years and this has been my experience all along.
Unless there’s great discount (at least 20%+), there’s no point in ordering stuff from croma. Personally i prefer Croma/tc only when there’s a loot deal (yes, they cancelled quite a few orders and takes a month to process the refund but i got few delivered too)
PS: Try the order ID/Invoice ID for order tracking (Reference number – BlueDart). If i remember correctly, the SL series one is the reference number
