Worst purchase experience at CROMARETAIL.COM

Purchsed Kindle from Croma((Ref. No. SLE00116769) dated Oct 15, 2012)....Despite blabbering about kindle's availability at their local stores, they don't have it at any of the 2 stores in Chandigarh, so had to buy online, took them more than a week to send it to me, and I had to fight with Bluedart 3 times before finally i got hold of my kindle. The customer service is weak....infact the girl I talked with didn't have any idea what is Kindle, so couldn't get nay help from her. I was not able to buy a printer from them because they were only placing orders for 2 printers at once...that is funny....I would like to give them half star out of 10 for my overall experienec (1/2 out of 10) thanks Rajesh [email protected]
