Fake site....created to befool the customers

I was delivered a t shirt of totally different colour and design. Though requested for replacement on 18/5/19 and koovs team ensured process initiation by 24-48 hrs but till date no feedback. I advice all not to waste money on koovs.my item was picked up but no refund has been made till date. Money and t shirt..both gone
