Worst experience of any online shopping. I orders three items from ajio and requested for return of one item as size was not good. Application accepted return however date given was of 3 weeks and no one turned up to pick up the package. Despite of two customer service complains, they asked to raise return again and there was not way in the app to do so. Still it’s marked as waiting for return and it has been two months. I have given up now and will never buy from ajio again. Extremely frustrationing experience, worst customer experience typical to reliance.
