Worst Returns and Replacement Policy

I Haven’t seen such a terrible service before by any of the well renowned online sellers. The worst service provider ever ia “AJIO”.

I Purchased a jeans which is a unfit for me and hence I wanted to return it back. I placed a returned request immediately on next date and since then no one is coming to pick the product back.

I am continuously calling the customer care executives but they are giving me unrealistic & no-convincing answers.
Like “your company might be locked hence the delivery man returned, Does MNC ever lock its offices ? ”https://cdn3.desidime.com/emojis/medium/pensi...ng" class=“e-moji” alt=“sad” border=“0”/> or the person who will come to pick the product will never intimate you by calling or messaging he will come directly to the delivery venue as it seems they do not want to disturb us !!! LOL aint this a funny answer?

It’s been almost 2 weeks and I am only getting messages that attempt was unsuccessful where as I am not getting any call from delivery person. Today I again got a message that delivery failed and phone number is 9970117477 and when I am trying to call the phone number its either not reachable or he is not answering.
