Recently I bought redmi power through flipkart, from this dealer, i received it in good condition. I think they are not involved in your fault. That may be from company side also. Any how your feelings to be respected.

Grahgoods valo k bare me jitna likho utna Kam hai sabse bekaar service defected piece dete hai and replacement ka dalo to 7 days tk reply nahi karte and phir reject KR dete hai k unk pas same product ka piece hi nahi hai phir return request approve nhi krte kbhi bhi.sabhi k liye suggestion hai k koi bhi Flipkart k grahgoods valo se shopping na kre specially mobile phone.totally waste of money.
Grahgoods vale froud hai.hmesha coustmer ko bekaar piece dete and refund approve nhi krte na replacement krte hai.waste of money.froud reseller hain.plz go for offline shopping.
Hi Guys, I would suggest not to buy anything if seller is ‘GrahGoods’. Bought real me 8 pro received in used condition now struggling for return and several times they rejected my request. Eventhough Flipkart isn’t helping me in this case.
Did they helped you to return the mobile? May i know how did you checked it is in used condition?
5th July I ordered realme 8 on flipkart, 8th July it was delivered, but that was a wrong product, its different model of realme, iam in so sad, the replacement option is 10 days, its too late

I wanted to buy Realme 8 for my sister and it looks like they are only one selling right now on flipkart. Should I wait for stock from other sellers to come or should I buy from them?

Got the product now and fortunately have received Realme 8 only. Hopefully there will be no more issues. And on Invoice seller was mentioned as Utkarsh Retail and not Grahgoods as mentioned on the app.
Folks who have got defective pieces had Utkarsh as seller on your invoices?

I was ordered realme 8pro before 24 hours but still the order is not approved and the payment has been done. After I was discussed with customer care they said they are working on it resolved latest by 4 August and today is 30 july.
I have placed an order (Order No.OD122327335162358000) for 1 No. REDMI 9 Prime (Matte Black, 64 GB) through Flipkart on 16th instant and made payment of Rs.9,999/-. The scheduled delivery showing after placing the order was initially 28th July, 2021. Grahgoods Retail is supposed to be the seller of the mobile. on 28th July the item was not delivered and Flipkart has shifted the delivery date to 30th July, 2021 but Flipkart could not delivery the item even yesterday. Now, as usual, they are telling that there is some logistic issues and hence it will be delivered on 4th August, 2021. Only GOD knows when I will get the item.
The track chart shows that the consignment reached and left Bangalore hub on 22nd July and after that no details. It totally disappeared from the chart!!. Their helpdesk informed that the item has reached the final destination hub on 23rd July but still not delivered!!.
I have a request to those who are planning to order through Flipkart to be very careful as they are still not grown up to the expectation of the customer and are still struggling with their franchisees and logistic partners. AMAZON is always the BEST CHOICE.
Same happened nwith me I went to there office after 2 days of promised delivery date and collected phone it was horrible experience ….
I got my realme 8 .. it looks good after 3 days of use
@ fixeye even Today, i recieved realme 8 – 6GM RAM version from Utkrisht Trade Solutions, instead Grahgoods, and that too seal looks little tampered, and and some Flipkart labels are pasted one over another, looks the mobile is already used by someone and send back to seller, and sent to me kind I’m thinking, have you or anyone also received same kind of box. I didn’t open the box and contacted customer service.
@sivanand950 Fortunately my package was properly sealed and I made a video while unboxing it as a proof. I hope they refund or exchange your product.

luks like grahgood retail is also part of flipkart, i also bought a mobile and now i saw seller is same, but mobile was new
The same happened with me. I had even made the payment now i didn’t get any refund neither the idem was delivered. This is very bad on behalf of flipkart nad now they are not even responding or refunding my money.

I ordered realme 08 pro mobile on 5th july 2021. I received a dummy piece which i wasn’t accept and return with delivery boy. It almost 2 month and even after taking continue follow up with flipkart today they told me we can’t do any thing you can do anything what you want to do. Seller is not ready to refund money.
Please don’t buy any product from flipkart if they can’t help customers then why they open their agency and selling the products.
Anyone can help me to get my money refund?
You have done wrong thing, never return your item by checking it on the site to delivery boy, his work is to deliver only, not replacement/return.
If anyones order is pending from flipkart please cancel those. Fraud happened with me it may be happening with you. Be careful don’t use flipkart worst site.
